M1A Bullet Button, how to install?

I've searched on youtube, and I can't find anything to show how to install a bullet button for a Springfield M1A Socom 2. This is the one I am referring to:

Our M14 gunsmith at Fulton Armory handcrafts the most exceptional rifles across the entire United States. Shop your source for service rifles, parts, tools, and more today at Fulton-Armory.com.

I will be changing the base configuration and will need a bullet button when I add the telescoping stock and pistol grip. Does anyone have any link to any instructions? I'm assuming it's replacing the mag release latch, but I can't find a youtube video for this either. Thanks,

Why would you want to neuter your rifle???

It's not hard. Just did one two weeks ago. Another set of hands is useful. Push the roll pin out with a punch. Replace factory mag release with new one. I actually aligned the hole while my friend put the end of a drill bit of similar size through the hole. Use a roll pin punch to replace the roll pin and you are done

If I had a m1A I'd keep it stock with a muzzle brake. Maglocks/bb are so annoying. If you wanna tactiCOOL it, get an AR. M1A's kick @$$

Don't do it! Stick with the ar for the modifications. Don't neuter your M1A!

When I bought my M1A SS, it came with an Archangel stock so I'm just checking out my different optios.

You can use these instructions: http://www.sadlak.com/pdf/Mag_Latch_...s_20080624.pdf

I dont like the idea of it either and if it was a lighter gun I would but for a heavier gun like this for me it seems like I would like the extra hold of a pistol grip. The stock I could really care less about. Even a vertical grip i could use but even with that I need the button. I am looking at the Vltor stocks right now and they seem nice enough.

An Archangel stock is a downgrade

the M1A is one of those rifles that is so perfect out of the box that i wish folks would just leave them as is or get some other rifle to play with. i look at my walnut standard M1A and never think about changing it in any way. that 10-20 round mag is fine as is.
