M&P upper

I'm finally building my second ar. I bought a Lauer lower today. Now I'm looking around for a complete upper. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a complete M&P upper. I know there are uppers that are much better than the M&P but I'm a big smith and wesson fan. Thanks in advance.

i heard that stag makes the uppers for smith an wesson, dont know if its true or not.

The M&P15s only come as complete rifles. In order to find just an upper you would have to find someone willing to part one out. Good luck with your search.

IIRC, Stag used to make the whole rifle for S&W until recently. Now they do some if it in-house, though I'm not sure if they do everything (upper, lower, etc).

Just to point it out more obviously... that upper is not NATO standard, but rather a comblock AK-74.

CHEAP ammo, though... if you can shoot steel core.
