Romi underfolder OAL question

Does anyone know what length brake is needed to make sure a Romi underfolder build is within the required OAL for California. It's not yet built, but i want to order the correct part...

pin the stock...looks better than having a 8" plug barrel extension that makes ur underfolder look like a handicapped anteater....
