Optics, sights, and scopes...oh my. Noob here

Ok I searched just about everywhere and I get confused on the topic of "optics" for my Delton 316 AR-15.

It didn't come with a rear sight so I would like to get a rear BUIS until I get my Eotech in a few months. Now, I'm liking the Troy battle sights but it seems there's different sizes and the Magpul seems like a universal piece.

So question...which sight would be suitable for the Delton 316 Echo?

Can't go wrong with the Troys!

If you have the standard (triangle shaped) FSB, get the rail/receiver height sight. These will "lower 1/3" co-witness an Eotech w/QD base or absolute co-witness w/ an Eotech w/standard mount.

Troy's Micro and HK Style sights are gonna be too low for the AR's low rail/high cheek weld.
While we're here arguing about the latest high tech running shoes, there's some Kenyan out there running barefoot. Guess who's gonna win the marathon?

If you are getting an Eotech, I'd get a non folding rear like the LMT. It's basically a standard GI rear without the carry handle. You get an actual useful elevation adjustment that way.
