Can anyone recommend an FFL in San Diego \ El Cahon area ?

Would like to send a Carbon 15, Calif. compliant, to my brother, and would like to direct him to a friendly/helpful FFL that would treat him fairly. He's not a kid--retired Navy. Will be sending weapon from out of state (Midwest) and first preference would be for an FFL that will accept delivery from a non-FFL sender, me. If necessary, then already have friendly, helpful FFL here to ship to CA.

I understand that there are some CA FFL's that will seize upon the opportunity to exploit ($$$) a recipient, and that there are other CA FFL's that will treat a recipient fairly.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

El Cajon is going to be P2K, Discount in Santee, Gussler's in Santee, Alex Imports in La Mesa, El Cajon Gun Exchange. The first 4 are good. Check that link for other write-ups. It's tailored to PPT, but same info is for mail ins. Wiser Owl in Miramar is the cheapest for mail ins in SD county.

Don Gussler in Santee or DeChiel in Chula Vista. Problem with DeChiel is by appointment only and he is like available only four days a week, but very nice people, but of them (Gussler and DeChiel)

Great people with Mitch of Dechiel for FFLs. If your looking for cheapest to transfer take your business to wiser owl. Haven't heard a complaint yet for them.

El Cajon gun exchange are complete jerks! the last time I was there I walked out and said I'd never return. Bad customer service, know it all attitude, treating you like your an imbecile. Anyplace but there. I had money in my pocket and they drove me out. Rant off.
