GALIL Scope Mount

Hey Guys-

I need a Galil scope mount.
Though I am looking for any, there is one in particular that I am looking for. It's the one that is a cantilever with an AR carry handle style mounting point.





I am looking for a list of quality manufacturers or retailers.
On a side note it is for the 5,56 version and not the 7,62.
