Cool concept, but man, if you think .223 ammo is pricey....

Talk about ripping off a design several years old.

Unless it's the same company with a new 'production' website.

thats totally retarded. get an AR, or get a p90. That thing is an unholy union that even i would never contemplate buying--and I'm ME...

I would rather attach a drawstring bag.

As a mag would have to be emptied before the mag on top was empty.

BTW any clue on price ?

Way cheaper than buying a P90 and no DROS needed I think...

if i remember correctly rhineland arms was working on that concept a few years back.

they were the company that made the R22 and then they tanked i think, its a cool concept and i would buy one if they were reliable and affordable.

I have a line on what these things cost and where to get them from.

I have been talking to a local FFL that will import them to California.

I also have some interesting info about who has received the first 500 of these.

The State of the art AR-57 Modular Compact Personal Defense Weapon (PDW) offers a light weight, maneuverable, stream line linear weapon for maximum firepower and armor penetration in law enforcement, special operations and urban combat environments.

Completely reliable, utterly low maintenance, fantastically simple design epitomizes excellence in engineering and allows you to adapt your existing M-16/AR-15 in seconds to the exciting new FN 5.7X28 caliber. Using an innovative, unparalleled 50 round top mounting magazine also developed by FN, mounted flush and forward for optimum balance and fast handling. Superior ergonomics allow the shooter to maintain perfect concealment shooting off hand, knee or prone positions while loading and shooting right or left handed. Minimal recoil allows absolute control while rapid firing, providing maximum firepower allowing the shooter to suppress and gain dominance in any combat environment quickly. The elimination of the gas system greatly reduces fouling and allows the action to remain consistent, clean and reliable throughout the most grueling shooting sessions in any environment. The state of the art bottom ejection system with optional brass catcher offers much improved concealment and greatly reduces the profile of the weapon for ease of use in patrol cars, convoy operations, or any other missions. You won't even finish emptying your first magazine to be convinced that the PW Arms AR-57 is the most revolutionary and high performance weapon system available anywhere today.
