Name this handguard plz

Saw this handguard on a Smith and Wesson M&P15PC and was wondering if this is a proprietary hand guard or is it simply an over the counter one like Troy/DanielDefense/etc.

I'd appreciate it if someone would name the manufacturer.

If it wasn't for the length I'd say someone took a Houge and turned off the knurling, milled an area for the gas block, and then reanodized it; it's just way too long for that though. Something tells me it's a custom proprietary tube. That or one of the more space agey companies like JP (althought that looks too plain to be a space ageish one).
