anybody know where I can find the cheapest upper possable. all i need it to do is go boom. just wanna have a lowner for a friend to use so he doesnt use my stuff.

Cheapest would be to get new friends. Otherwise, check the bottom feeders (Model 1, Del-Ton, etc.) for sales. Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't.
