JJPerl AK Bullet Button Installation Question

I am installing a JJPerl AK bullet button on my rifle. I Have a question how tight should the bolt that replaces the mag release pin be? When it is really tightened the Mag realease lever does not move. On the other hand, When it is not as tight the mag release lever works properly but the whole shroud is not secure. Am I not doing something right? Thanks for the help.........

On my Vector, I was able to tighten the nut to the point where the entire shroud is stationary and the release still functions correctly. You may want to PM JJPerl with this question.
