              Saw that a few days ago, it's called "The Truth About Semi Auto Weapons" and I think - given his reference to the Stockton shooting - that it was made about 1990 or so?

                          If I remember right, it was made in the times when the federal AWB was being talked about. So early 1990s is about right.
