anyone used these maglink couplers, so are they only for 30 round mags, any good ?

Yes and they only fit 30 rounders. The pair of mags fully loaded are relatively heavy. They work great though.

I'm guessing (but not 100% confident) that there is no issue (legal or physical) with using them to pair up two 10/30 mags? Not as good as an actual 20rnd mag, but every little bit helps... (and with only 20 rounds total, not nearly as heavy and unwieldy as two fully 30rnd mags (60 rnds!).

These won't work on 10/20 Pmags correct? That is too bad. Wish it was bit cheaper and I wish I could find them in stock somewhere.

The note on Midway's website says no:

I'd imagine duct tape would still do the job, though.

I verified that it will not work on 20rd mags. As for 10/30, yes it will because it is still using the 30rd shell.

KKP brought an interesting point about legality, i saw one person say they wont ship to calfornia..any reason..are there any legal issues

I know 4 local dealers who sell them... On the shelf with all their Magpul merchandise. I bought all mine locally.

I like the pmag mag grip. Fits both 30's and 20's

CAA mag coupler works well with my Magpul 10/30 PMAGs. As well as standard GI style mags. I ordered 3 a few years ago just to elevate my mall ninja status.

IIRC I got them from midwestpx.

They work very well - i use them un 3-gun.

The mako group just sent me some on accident.. I haven't been able to get a hold of them for over a week to try and fix the issue.. I will check tomorrow to see if they work on 20s , Maybe they will let me keep them for the trouble
