can i build my lower and after install bullet button, i order it but haven got it yet??

Yes, you can build it.
Just don't put an upper on it until you have the bullet button installed. -

Nope, the bullet button can go on last.
I would just leave the magazine catch off until the bullet button arrives.Comment
