Will AK parts kits be banned

I have two NDS-1s registered, should I be in a rush to get kits for them?

You do not have "two NDS-1s registered" as rifles are not registered in CA till 2014.

There isn't going to be any ban on anything. There is not enough votes to bring any sort of Ban to the floor. We know that for a fact at this time.

OP, you are mistaken about having two frames registered. There is NO REGISTRATION of LONG GUNS in California. That 10 days you waited was to check you out and your AK serial numbers were not captured by the DROS FORM. In 1-1-14 that information will be captured on new transfers of long guns.

don't worry about it being banned, worry about getting the kit u like...

so far i'm 100% in my seach (pre-panic), what I wished for, i've gotten:

AK-47 Polish underfolder with original barrel (Florida Gun Works)

plum AK-74 with orginal new Bulgy barrel (Atlantic Firearms + AKfiles)

Yugo M85 virgin parts kit with US barrel (Arms of America)

black AK-74 triangle side folder with original barrel (AKfiles member)


so far, i've been lucky!


However, the elusive unicorn is still beyond my reach due to price..
