    5.45 has not yet reached used car prices like AR stuff. I say this because I've noticed pricing on anything AR-15 related is now so expensive you could buy a used car for the same price (saw 1000 rounds of 5.56 sell for $2500 recently and a colt AR-15 sell for $8,000).

        No you dont. It usually tells you the round count right on the tin, and if it is surplus ammo it is probably a 1080 round can.

          Just post a pic of the tin, don't open it, that defeats the whole purpose of having a spam can. The only reason to open it is to shoot it.

            I bought a crate 2160 rounds a month ago for $300 shipped. I have to tell you I believe a lot of the scarcity on parts and ammo are being inflated by people trying to make a profit.

            Though not related to this thread in particular It's illegal to buy a weapon as a non FFL in order to turn a profit. The likely hood of getting caught might be small but it's no joke.

              $150 for a sealed tin. I would not pay anymore for surplus corrosive ammo.

                  and it is available at that price (backorder) on sportsman's guide. I got my 2 tins after 3 weeks of waiting last week.
