    Hi-cap mag question

So whats in the picture below will be included in an AK package I am planning on purchasing. I'm honestly not really interested in mags I can't use but I've been wanting an AK and seller doesn't want to part out. If these are sold to me dissassembled and I store them in that state am I legally ok? Does the FFL have to see these when doing the transfer or can I just take the mags and ammo directly and leave the firearm with the FFL for the 10 days? What of I want to turn around and sell them myself?
    Any advice is appreciated.
    Thanks

100% CA legal to do so.

The CA FFL dealer does not have to see them and you can them them & whatever other accessories that come with the firearm with you (do not leave them with the CA FFL dealer).

100% CA legal to do so, as long as they remain disassembled.

mags don't need to go to the FFL. Keep them as parts in cali. Or sell them in another state. If I could store them in another state, I'd hold on to them. Might be worth a TON if a few months. you can keep them as parts in this state, but since I can't use them here, I just keep any "fun stuff" out of state.

Chicom 75 round wind up drums, nice. I got a couple of those, I like those better then my Romy drums that hold the spring tension when loaded.
