KB Design & Mfg quality / order experience?

Just wanted to check if anyone has ordered from KB Design & Mfg recently. I just placed an order because they seem to have what I wanted in stock, but now have found some sketchy reviews of their site. Did I make a mistake? Beggers can't be choosers these days with parts.
