    Mp5??

    I'm guessing their is no way to get an MP5, what would be the nearest to an MP5 legally, where would I get a reciever in the San Jose area and all the parts etc.

      this has been discussed at length. search!!! you can get an mp5 or a clone if someone fixes a 10 round magazine in it, just like any other. or it comes in without a pistol grip. i hope you have a thick wallet.
