    .308 lowers available in CA

I know the DPMS and Eagle are out. Am I limited to the fulton or POF lowers to build a .308?

I believe Noveske will be releasing an Armalite AR10-compatible rifle/lower.

You might not be able to get the lower alone and would have to get the whole rifle. But it'll happen Real Soon Now.

There's a Fulton @ City Arms and two others, don't know brand name, at SJGE. The ones @ SJGE look to be duracoated in tan.

I understand the supply & demand effect, but most 5.56 lowers run in the $125.00 - $190.00 range, I can't see why the 7.62s are about $450.00. Wish Brownells would sell stripped to CA - the DPMS 5.56 can be had for $105.00, would like to see similar discount on the 308.

Um, "DPMS Panther (all)" is a Kasler-banned entity. Most all (except very early) production DPMS receivers are marked "Panther", including their 308.
