    Bay Area Vintage Black Powder?

So my Great-Grandfather bought a custom made cap-lock rifle about 100yrs ago. It's a fair bit older than that. Made by a German gun maker, Krug if memory serves (not at home to check).

I'm looking for an expert to:
    a) Look at it and let me know if its shootable
    b) Teach me how to shoot it

Is there a club in the South Bay, or a shop/smith that specializes in vintage black powder rifles/muskets that I could turn to?
