the M1A i just got is a nice 1983 standard. my trigger pin came loose and jammed into the stock inside at the range 2 times after about 10 rounds. i can see the spot in the wood that should keep the pin in while it is together has a dent in it at the spot it touches the trigger pin head. i was told on the M1A board that some Springfield trigger housings were drilled to large at the trigger pin head. what i did is carefully stake the trigger housing around the head of the pin. has this happened to somebody here ?. like i said small problem LOVE THE M1A
