Will the standard Midwest Industries AK handguard fit the Arsenal AK converted Saigas? Does anyone have experience with this particular handguard with an RDS on their Arsenal or other AK type rifle? Thanks for the info.

Yes it will fit. Depending on the sight you plan on running they offer sight specific top rails you can buy as part of a package for not much more money.
