    Wait time for Windrunner

    Hi Guys,

I placed an order for the windrunner and was wondering what is the typical wait time for this rifle and what your experience has been. Please let me know.

    Thanks.

Just to add some context, I placed an order back in october as someone had just cancelled it and I was told that rifle was in stock. Thinking that it will be no wait time since its in stock but here I am, still waiting. (I also paid in full.)

Tag Bill (sales@edmarms.com) and ask, he answers email fairly quick.
Which one did you get? I'm thinking of ordering one in 338LM down the road to replace my 110BA

They clearly don't know what they are talking about.

That is a hell of a rifle. I put two rounds through a 50dtc windrunner at the Turners Shooting Sports Fair. It seemed like a very nice gun. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't get a sight picture in the scope, with ear muffs. It may just be the way that particular gun was set up. Custom ear plugs with baffles are not enough for that gun, although now I use foam plugs and muffs for my big guns. For the second round on the windrunner, I set the gun on target and then lifted my head a bit and set my ear muff back down over my ear, and took the shot. What a blast.........literally.

Have fun, when you get it. I think my 460 hand cannon is big enough for me.

Anything in the 50 world takes 3 times as longer than scheduled.

Nothing 50 related comes fast or cheap. I waited two years for a non EDM rifle. Sometimes components are unavailable. So, be patient and get stuff when you can.
