80% lower (few questions)

Really getting interested in purchasing some 80% lowers for some personal rifle builds

- Where is the preferred place to purchase 80% lowers?

- How much startup costs can somebody expect to pay to get all of the necessary tools/equipment to professionally finish the lower?

- What is the preferred method of the coating? Paint? Anodizing? Duracoat?

I backordered mine through Ares Armor. They won't be shipping until March or April. Does Ares Armor manufacture their own 80% lowers or are they purchased from Tactical Machining in FL?
