I feel you brother. I was going to start on my AR build but that is now on hold. Decided to get a pistol for now so I do not feel so naked. Alot is going on in my neck of the woods and for the most part felt safe... but times are changing hence the reason I am buying a few guns.

I have bought more than a dozen uppers from him and he is gtg. Look for him on AR15.com too. The big problem is no one can give you a clear date for shipping.

I ordered my Stag 3G upper from Pete. This was three months ago and the wait was eight weeks. The problem is that when you order through him he is just placing the order directly with Stag to drop ship to you. Whatever Stag is quoting as a wait is likely the same as what Pete will quote you. In any case, it's worth asking him directly.

Ah crap! I was just about to order one from ar15. I can handle a few months but a year is ridiculous. Looks like I'm going to be part shopping to build one. Not what I wanted to do right now.

I feel like they are saying that to discourage new orders and catch up with existing orders.

On 12/17, I ordered a stag 6.8 stripped lower from Kerleys in Cupertino. Just a few days before the hysteria started. They called me last week saying it has shipped. I am picking up both my 5.56 and 6.8 stripped lowers tomorrow...

Although, I do agree a lot has transpired in 9 days...

Well, i was going by their website and they are closed so i cant get any more info on shipping. Who said 8 weeks?
