does anyone know if I can get this lower and make an AR pistol with it? Or do I have to get a AR pistol lower to make one?

Here's another thought; how many DROSes eventually get rejected this week? Maybe 3% due to various issues that buyers didn't know they had?

That can be a lot of things that get back on the shelf.

Main reason I do not go to Turners is because people like that LOVE that place (My patience for waiting in line is horrible). Unfortunately, there is nothing the sales person can do because any one of those customers could be the golden ticket and could say "Ill take every rifle you have." We as consumers have to suffer.

That is a straw purchase, it is illegal and not condoned on this forum. You shouldn't even be soliciting.

Would it still b a straw purchase if it was sent to an ffl for transfer or is it a straw purchase because he bought it with the intent of reselling it.

I was at Turner's Torrance this morning and they were making some calls, delivering the bad news for a small stack of rejected and delayed DROS paperwork.

They were also taking deposits on PSA lowers at 129. While I was there a guy bought the only PTR-91 GI that was on display.
