Libtard here who wants an AR

I have had eventual plans for a Ca-legal AR for years now and kept pushing the idea back. For obvious reasons, the idea is obviously back on the table in concept.

Are they (either complete rifles or lowers) in stock anywhere? Am I going to get taken if I try to order one now?

Fwiw I'm in Orange County. Also have roots in the SF Valley too.

It's a very reliable and capable sporting rifle, speaking from experience. And a complete rifle is a better bargain when it comes to this particular rifle.

I'm a libtard who now owns 4 guns myself. I added the M&P-15 Sport to my collection a few months ago. Very nice rifle and highly recommended. I considered buying separate upper and lower and assembling my own, but an offer on an M&P fell into my lap and I jumped on it.

No AR for you! You must vow to vote against Dian finstine every chance you get, then you can have an AR.

              ETA (and Gavin Newsom too)

Also check Turners. They have some deals going on for their holiday sale.

Another option is look in the marketplace to see if a fellow Calgunner has one you might be interested in.

How do transfers work legally? What do you ahve to register/report?

I sort of just impulse bought the MP15 lower from golden state tactical. Went to half a dozen sites and it was the only lower in stock I saw

Would be open to returning & getting a full rifle if I can find one that is priced well still though

It is easyier than buying a pet, you have to pass a background check. have a safe or buy a lock, 2 forms or identification including a proof of residency pay your drose fee and in 10 days you can have it so long as you pass the background check.

Not a fan of Feinstein, but for issues completely unrelated to guns (some messed up things between her, her husband, legislation she's passed over non-accredited schools & her husband running the investment arm of the UC system, which invested in said schools... if you care to read up). Also don't like Newsom, but mostly because he's a d-bag.

People are buying them all, because that "dohbama" you like is planning to ban the rifle platform on the federal level. Good luck.

I am particularly fond of all the TARP money that Obama gave to Finsteins's husband's fully solvent bank... what was it? $10M of free taxpayer money just for being married to DiFi?

Hmm...Turner's normally has a very healthy stock but they, like everyone else, are getting cleaned out. Turner's CAN transfer stock in from other stores, you just have to know what you want/need and see if they have it. The question you should be asking now is "what AR to buy." Here are my recommendations:

On the cheap but proven, solid: S&W MP-15 Sport, for about $700
Legendary quality that will ALWAYS hold its value: Colt M4 6920, starting at $1200
