I finally completed my first build and I am really happy with how it turned out. It is starting out as an M16A3 then once I decide to buy the KAC M5 RAS it will become the M16A4 clone which I am ultimately going for.
The PSA upper and RifleGear lower fit together like they were custom made for each other - no slop at all. The fit and finish of the RifleGear lower is excellent. It included an adjustment screw to take up any slack between the upper and lower but I didn't need it because the two parts fit together so nicely. I have to say that I have been quite impressed with the quality of both PSA's & RifleGear's products. Hopefully I'll have a chance to take it out to the range next weekend to see how it performs.
Here are all of the parts that ordered over time just waiting to be assembled.
And her she is all put together.

The only thing I am a little bummed about is that the barrel isn't stamped with the FN logo. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to see.
