So does someone who is a security guard WITH the power to arrest (not citizen arrest) have any other privileges LE gets? Specifically access to standard-capacity magazines. All I need a short and sweet response. Please ask if you want something clarified. Thanks in advance!

Security guards never have the power to arrest. Only LE officers have the power to arrest, all others are citizen arrest only."When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty"Comment

Lucky for you, no one gave you crap about posting in the "Centerfire Rifle Section" rather than in the General/ LEO Threads.

I think you got your answer, and if not-try those threads.Comment
