    Man it feels good

To escape Komifornia for a little while and play with my rifle un-neutered Only down side is that I did not pack enough ammo, Then again there is a upside to that also. I can make a trip to Cabelas.. The joy...

Congrats OP. I know the feeling.

When I lived in San Diego working as a travelling salesman I used to detour to Yuma Arizona enroute to my sales calls in Phoenix. I'd load up the trunk of the company car with every weapon and round of Ammo I owned, hit the free public Adair range on the northeast side of town and shoot like a free man for hours, then hit the same range on the way back home for more hours of fun. It was glorious.

Ironically, now that I live in a free state and own my own firearms accessories business, I almost never have time to hit the range.

I go to the family ranch in Oregon to shoot my ARs unneutered a few times a year. I keep an AR there and a ton of 30 rounders. I even shoot Dads ammo! He seems ti have an endless supply up there. He's getting low on ammo though, almost down to 5000 rounds. I told him to get more.

Just because the housing market is so awesome compared to Ca...and the gun laws are sweeter than here

Ya, I am not a fan of shooting trees either, but the tree has already been shot about a million times. Plus that is a near future logging site so a couple tree will be lost regardless. Man did it feel good, the AR runs like a dream. Getting low on ammo, but I will be up here for black Friday, So HELLO Cabela's I don't buy much factory ammo since I can crank out my own, but on the occasion of letting my black/DE beauty rip, I'll pay to play... I also found 90 once fired .308 brass up there..SCORE..

                  P.S. I also brought my Socom16 and a 25 round mag, BOOM.
