Okay. Please proofread and try again.
I'm not being a Dick, but I can't understand your question at all.
Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

Don't put a stock on it. Whether the ATF thinks it's a pistol or not, if you put a stock on it, it's an SBR and a BIG no no in California.

I think you either have to DROS the lower as a pistol or build of an 80% lower, but Federal ATF may have changed on that. Someone more knowledgeable will chime in, for sure.

If the rifle has a barrel that is under 16", it is illegal for you to have.

If that's what you're asking, because I'm not really positive what you meant.

              welcome, first poster.

no matter what configuration you have, as long as you can fire projectile or any
ammunition with it - still considered short barrel rifle or fall under "AOW" (any other
weapon) which equals to; JAIL. dont do it.

You can add a fake suppressor, brake, or other muzzle device to it to bring the length up to the required minimum, but it has to be "permanently" attached via welding or high-temp solder, etc., not just threaded on. That can be inconvenient down the road when it comes time to change gas blocks and other operations.
