Carbine upper with 2 stock/rifle buffer ok?

    The carbine upper with a rifle stocked lower is a reliable combination. It seems to have less felt recoil.

    As far as dwell time and possible issues with FTF..not really a concern. The spring and buffer weight firmly press the bolt back into lock-up without as much "bounce" as a carbine stock set-up. Colt shipped many many rifles in this configuration and they worked well. Just seems smoother to shoot, but give it a try and see what I mean.
