On this page you'll find our Firearms Parts and Accessories. For anything firearm related, Arms of America probably has it. Don't wait for them to run out!

    this is pretty good.

and please fix your post, some of it is difficult to read.

      Ironwood Designs might

I have purchased 4 stock sets for AK-47's from Ironwood Designs (IWD), and have been very happy with all of them. I also am no carpenter, and have no tools. However the stock sets from IWD come so close to ready that all you need is a little sand paper and a small file at most. I don't know if they make stock sets for the saiga rifles but you can look on the website.

As PEZHEAD said, you need to have no more than 10 imported parts once you convert it or change the configuration. Out of the 20 parts that are regulated under section 922r, an AK style rifle will have 16 if it has a muzzle device/flash hider, and 15 if it does not. So the easiest things to change out for U.S. made parts are the:

      1. Fire Control Group, which counts for 3 parts, the hammer, trigger, and sear/disconnecter.
      2. The stock set, which counts for 3 parts, the butt stock, pistol grip, and hand guard set.
      3. The muzzle device/flash hider is 1 part.
      4. The magazine is 3 parts, the magazine body, follower, and floor plate.
      3. The Piston is 1 part, but it is not so easy to swap out for a U.S. part.

Since an AK has 16 parts regulated by 922r, you need 6 U.S. made parts to be compliant. You can combine any of the above mentioned parts in any way you want to come up with the 6 needed, but be careful if you choose to use the magazine. Reason is if you ever forget and use a non U.S. made magazine some day, you will not be in compliance as long as the foreign magazine is inserted in the rifle.

Hope that helped you out a little, and didn't confuse you too much.

Sorry was posting from my phone. Good advice about using the mag as a USA made part and one day using an imported mag. Thank you.
