    Galil mag release

When I bought my Golani (Galil), it had a radlock installed. Some of my magazines that I purchased afterward don't fit with the radlock installed. Does anyone know where do buy the replacement part to convert it back to it's original configuration? I've been struggling to find one on the web.

Are the magazine tangs to large to properly seat or are they to small?

      They're too large.

Would rather not have a radlock.

I got one too and ended up filing down the raddlock to make the mags fit. I think this is one of the few places.

there is apex too but iunno how much the cost. I'll probably end up switching to the solar tactical mag lock for AKs cause modifying the raddlock has become a pain in the rear to fit mags.

If you remove the radlock and "convert it back to it's original configuration" you do realize that you would have an illegal assault weapon in CA right?

Unless you remove all features, including the pistol grip..

Pin the stock with a small hose clamp, and klydex wrap the grip. You will lose the ease of functionality of left side safety but you can drop your mags like your pants all day long. And use standard capacity mags.

I'm aware. I will clam the stock and already have the kydex grip wrap to get rid of the pistol grip configuration.
