Best part of a Mosin Nagant is the readily available cheap surplus ammo.

Despite that its a newly manufactured, hex, bent bolt, carbine why would I want one over the myriad of other 308 rifles that are actually available in the USA...

+1. My favorite part of the mosin is the cheap hard hitting ammo. Technology has changed, They should have at least upgraded the bolt. Does it at least have a scope mount?

I agree with everyone else above... that's quite a price jump in terms of ammo. But I won't deny that it is a looker. That stock looks really nice.

Well, to be fair, the advantage for this rifle would be all the aftermarket and used parts available to customize it. I suspect there is a nostalgia factor in Russia that they're banking on.

Hmm... possible source of virgin Mosin Nagant receivers for Obrez builds?

Interesting that they assemble Glocks in Russia.

I guess there is a demand somewhere for this? But unless it's close to the cost of a real 91/30, I don't see the point since you're paying way more for ammo and you have all of the caveats of using a rifle that old(mount options, safety design, etc.).

WTF is this and why does it need so many pistol grips? Is there a market for people with 3 arms after chernobyl or something?

The thought of CA DOJ ****ting bricks over how extra evil that is with 3 grips is funny though. "Yo dawg, I heard you like pistol grips..."

Well yeah I get that. But it still looks absolutely silly. They could have figured something out without needing a third grip...(it's not the magazine, it's literally a grip where a mag goes).

This is much more appealing with regards to a pistol caliber carbine:

That wood looks really good This sort of reminds me of CMP surplus vs Springfield Armory new productions(except those are in the same caliber).

                            Fair is fair.

                            We have U.S. made AKs.

                            They have Russian made ARs.

There are umpteen mfgs making the 1911, why couldn't there be the same for Glock?
