Looking for a gunsmith for my PTR 91

Looking for a "great" or really really good gunsmith for work on my PTR.
I live in torrance and will drive reasonable.
The problem is that I have a squib load in the barrel and another live round wedged in behind tight in the reciever sticking out about 1/8".
    thx john

I would have said "send it to Bill Springfield"... but that live round is a no go for shipping.

Contacted Carlos and he has the PTR as we speak, " word to the wise" don't listen to anyone when it comes to trying to knock out a squib with a cleaning rod, this mistake is costing me around 700.00 bucks.. but i will have a better better barrel...John

Replacing the barrel is not an easy or quick operation
