      I'm pretty sure your receding to my post and yes it can be done I've shot out to 850 yards with my Tactical with factory ammo... But I'm saying with the 20" barrel vs the 22"/24" barrel the extra FPS you get helps a good amount out that range... What I meant by it being up to 600 till it starts to become unreliable meaning the groups really open up around then...

      Not saying its impossible but with the stock it sits in really doesn't help the rifle due to flex and barrel stock contact.. But a good shooter on good conditions can shoot out to 1000 but don't expect 2" match type groups at that range is all I'm saying.
