Looking for a site that sells both pivot pin tool (helps tp install front pivot pin spring) and detent spring. I tried bravo compant but they are all out of springs and brownells in too much. Thanks.

Try Orchard Supply, or any hardware store - get a 1/4" clevis pin for about a $1.25. I made one out of a pencil, sanded it down to fit the 1/4" hole and dirlled a hole through the end. Here is the clevis pin instructions:
