Pretty much 98% of all lowers are about the same. (Billet is a different story)
There are only a handful of forges that make them. The a dozen more companies that finish them off.

Pick the one with the roll make you like for the price you can live with.

308 won't fit in a standard AR15 lower.

I know Id have to get a ar10 platform. but i am trying to gauge who has best pricing and customer service i have bought from Sac black rifle they are good but id like to try someone else for this project

Just picked one up yesterday from Cal-tac in Roseville. Real nice guys and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Got myself a aero precision stripped for $109.

From all the searches I've noticed most are the same, it comes down to which company name you want on the lower or any emblems or graphics on it, like the ones spikes or JD offer.

+1 for Sacramento Black Rifle. They have lowers made for them by JD which go for $100 before fees. Pick up a few and save on DROS.

There's another place that has a 3 for $200 deal in Sacramento. I called and was told they were made by raptor. Tried to dig up some info on the company, but found nothing, so I passed.
