I find the magwell grip very comfortable myself- I use a more trad grip on targets beyond 200 yds though-

Whatever grip you use it should have a firm foundation - bone-to-bone-to-ground. If your forward grip is to far forward you are supporting the weight of the rifle and your muscles will tremor after a while. Closer in you can make a bone-to-bone contact. One aimed in this position, subsequent breathing will reveal the natural point of aim. You get you natual point of aim then groups will be better on rapid follow up shots.
Just what I've learned at an Appleseed shoot and what I've read. It is also good to sling up to have a firm contact between weapon and your frame. In a SHTF scenario there is probably not enough time to sling up. I've never served so take this advice with a grain of powder. As Einstein has shown that it takes infinite energy to accelerate a mass to the speed of light, Obama AND THE AMERICAN PEOPLE will demonstrate that it takes infinite money to attain utopiaComment
