Are these about the same in quality?

Looking at 2 models here, is the underfolder the same as the wasr models, or are they better quality rifles, since it's a polish build.

Is the pap model built to the same quality as the older Yugo's?

I know american parts have been used, but over all are they good buys for an AK model. I don't want to build my own.

Also, does anyone have an underfolder, how is the stock pinned?
