    ak gunsmith/builder?

    is there anyone in this state that assembles the kits of a ak? i hate sending things out of state..tho ak-103...http://www.ak-103.com/services.html...does a superb job and will do calif builds..just looking for someone closer..thanks

            Check with member FEDUPWBS, he has done some build party's in the Fresno area.

                  I'm a machinist, although not specifically a gunsmith.....but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express

                  It's really quite easy to put them together, theres a couple step by step write-ups that I have seen floating around maybe someone has the link saved.

                  Do you have all stripped parts(barrel, bolt, upper, lower, etc) or just a lower kit and complete upper?

                    I think you are thinking of the "AR" platform. AK-style rifles don't have an upper receiver. . .
