Keep an eye on the parts for sale, every once in a while they come out for sale.

From what I understand, the 10/20 mags sold on the Bushmaster site were Promags.

Ok, then I guess my sources are wrong. I was told that the 10/20 straight body magazines sold on the Bushmaster site were Promags.

Yep. I have about 11 of them and they work great. The promag's work good to, although I put a magpul follower in it.

Yeahh that is not a promag.. i got some of those from CWS and they are Bushmaster 10/20.. I just bought a few mags from Uberarms website and it says it is bushmaster 10/20 but i e-mailed them and they said the picture on the website is a wrong picture the ones they are selling are straight not curved like the original bushmasters.

So does that mean i just bought some promags from uberarms? hopefully they are reliable

Just got off the phone with Shootforless.com and they said they are all out of the 10/20 bushmaster 223 mags..And they heard that bushmaster changed the style of their 10/20 mags and they just ordered a few o they can see what it looks like.. so i guess i have to keep an eye out with shootforless.com

                          Thanx though.

Yes they are the 10/20 straight bodys. The same ones pictured on riflegrear.com. He also sold magpul modded ones but it took to much time modding them. He has a post on here showing how to mod it. Basically you cut some round notches in the magpul follower to match the original follower, otherwise you can't get it in the mag and up past the indents. The indents are what stop the cartridges at 10. The one I have is a shiney black chrome color. Looks kinda crappy. The ones at riflegear look different. But if they aren't, they would look alot better repainted satin black, or grey like USGI mags.

Hrmmmm... we'll see if uber arms sent me some Promags and if they did let the modding begin. Is the unreliability of the promags due to the fact of their followers?
