Building lightweight AR, need upper

If you feel like building your own, you can go with a DPMS slick-side upper and a light-weight barrel. Doublestar makes a really nice A1 pencil barrel in a carbine length. You can even get them chrome-lined. Add some basic hand guards and the BCG, and you are done.
