Need upper advice

I need suggestions for an upper with an 18 inch barrel and riffle length gas tube. I'm looking for an upper that has the following:

-medium weight barrel
-skinny hand rail (don't want a quad rail)
-ability to add a compensator (this will be featureless)
-as close to mil spec as possible
-want it to be as reliable and long lasting as possible
-1-3 moa preferred

No idea what your budget is, but if not PSA, then perhaps something from Daniel Defense, Spikes, or LaRue?

It really depends on your budget but this is what I would build.

-Noveske 18" SPR barrel (Not rifle length gas it's intermediate)

-Vltor MUR upper

-13.5" NSR

-MOA I guess it depends on the shooter but probably a conservative 3/4"

Sounds like you should get a Noveske upper

BCM upper with the rail of your choosing. They offer tons of different configurations. Sounds like you want one of their stainless steel barrels.
