    Broken Thumbhole Stock

I didn't know whether this should go in the gunsmith forum or not... I figured I may get a better response here.

Do you think this can be fixed?

    What does it go to?

Looks like a PSL or something similar - definitely an AK style.

EDIT: I'd be a little nervous about fixing it. . .

It's not just going to come off if the epoxy breaks - but still - it's at an area where there is stress on the stock.

        MAK 90 right?
        Pin and glue it.

Sorry, yes Mak-90. I was hoping to be able to keep it, but I don't think it would look good if patced...

The thumbhole stock for my MAK90 broke similar to yours.
I pinned it and glued it back together. Never had any probs
            With it afterwards.

The rear trunion should take most the force, not the wood. Do what the others have said. If anything. its better to try....
