Nevada rules!!

Just curious what the rules are for going to Nevada an shootin some hi-cap mags in my bullet button guns.

Do I have to take the bullet button off the gun in order to make this legal??

Anyone know where to find this info online...don't want to get in any trouble!!

you can use high cap's with your bullet button there, but why not just take it off and use them as they were supposed to be? but if the BB must stay on, you can use a +10 rd mag even if you have a bullet button with no problem, everyone will just know you are from CA

Out of state it is fine to keep you magazine lock on and use 10+ magazines.

It seems to me the Nevada laws are what counts.... What you do in CA is ruled by CA law.... In in Nevada ...it's their rules .

I really don't have an issue with 10 round mags, except I don't like being told what to do especially when I disagree. The upside of 10 round mags is that I don't blow thru so much ammo.... If the mags were 20 or 30 I would surely blow through that as fast as 10. :-))

Misleading title. I thought you were saying that "Nevada rules!" as if you were there on vacation shooting 60 round magazines or a machine gun shoot

Buying 20 or 30 round p-mags blocked & pinned to 10 rounds for $20+ sucks when they only cost $13 or so. Hey, you can load 10 rounds in 30 round magazines too

Don't worry; your bullet button is completely legal in Nevada no matter the capacity of your magazines..

Of course, you'll be the only guy there with one and everybody that doesn't understand CA laws won't be able to understand why anybody would cripple a perfectly usable rifle with one.


Make up a bizarre story explaining why it makes your rifle superior to those without a BB -- see if you can get anybody to believe it.

Are you kidding? There are NATIONAL FOREST all over the state, including Las Vegas. Did you know there is snow skiing
in Las Vegas as well?
