I placed an order from Atlantic Firearms and was charged but I can't get a hold of anyone. What should I do. No email or voice mail replys.

Its hard to argue for patience whens someone is waiting for a new gun. Just chillax!

They replied to an email this morning but nothing in the afternoon. I would just give them the day you never know what could have came up. I hear they have a good reputation so I am hopeful.

I ordered 2 firearms from Atlantic last week. They are very busy so it took a while to get responses to my emails but they generally did respond within a few hours or at worst a day. Email is faster with them than calling. For each order I received a confirmation of the order via email almost immediately and a shipping notice for the firearm within 1-2 days with a tracking number. Even considering how busy they are this is faster than the expected turn-around on their site. Give them some time to respond and you should be fine.

Just post in the Atlantic Firearms thread on CalGuns, they check there pretty often. They are GTG, they will take care of you, have a lil' patience.

You should be good to go with Atlantic. They have always been a little slow. They usually list an aprox. wait time on their site and CA guns take a few extra days to put the CA compliance parts on.

Due to all of the crazy gun stuff going on in the last 7 -10 days we are getting approx 600 emails a day and about 300 phone calls . We do our best to deal with surges like this but it hard and can take up to 24 hours to work through the gauntlet of emails. Last night alone from 11 pm to 6 am we got 205 emails. The customer completed the order Friday June 27 @ 11 44 am the next email our office got was Monday June 30 @ 305 pm and that was Only 1 email.There has not been a long length of time out of contact with the customer . We batch process CA orders once a week so his order will ship this week & he will be emailed shipment notificaiton once assigned . We apprecaite the order and your patience .
