    Replace SAIGA mag lock question

Hi, A AK newbie here and pickup my first AK yesterday, a Arsenal SAIGA 5.45x39mm. I want to replace mag lock with original AK mag catch with Solar Tactical AK mag lock. Can I just drill out the pin then install original mag catch? What size of drill bit to use? Thanks

RTG is selling AK mag catch parts from East German and Polish, which one should I get? Thanks

You should rename your thread, Saigas dont have factory locks.

Op just take the pistol grip off first so you don't violate any assault weapon laws. And then you are good to go.
