    PPT question

I know, this sounds really basic, but Ive only got one PPt under my belt so here goes....

Can the seller in a PPT ship the rifle to the FFL, or does he need to be there? Im pretty sure he can ship, so my other wuestion is should there be a problem with that? I dont want UPS to take my toy.

I think some FFLs charge more for shipped guns, is this true? TIA

If the gun is being shipped, it is no longer a PPT. It becomes a standard dealer transfer. There is no limit to what an FFL is permitted to charge for this type of transaction.
